Squigs Paints a Whimsical Portrait of Jim Parsons and His Invisible Rabbit in Harvey

In the Broadway revival of Harvey, two-time Emmy winner Jim Parsons stars as Elwood P. Dowd, a man with a very unusual best friend: a six-foot rabbit who happens to be invisible. Broadway.com resident artist Justin ‘Squigs’ Robertson headed to Studio 54 to track down Dowd’s invisible pal and capture his fuzzy likeness in a portrait. After taking in a performance of Mary Chase’s Pulitzer Prize-winning classic, Robertson sketched Parsons, Harvey and their castmates (clockwise from bottom left) Charles Kimbrough as William R. Chumley, M.D., Carol Kane as Betty Chumley, Morgan Spector as Lyman Sanderson, M.D., Holley Fain as Ruth Kelly, R.N., Rich Sommer as Duane Wilson, Angela Paton as Mrs. Ethel Chauvenet, Tracee Chimo as Myrtle Mae Simmons, Larry Bryggman as Judge Omar Gaffney and Jessica Hecht as Veta Louise Simmons.
